Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary client contact during onboarding, guiding them through activation, implementation, and adoption of software products.
- Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure smooth transitions and milestone achievement.
- Provide training and Tier 1 support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate onboarding records in company systems.
Project Management:
- Manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously with attention to detail and client needs.
- Monitor progress, ensure deadlines and expectations are met, and conduct regular client check-ins.
- Participate in project scoping and resource allocation discussions to optimize onboarding plans.
Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for improvement in the onboarding workflow and propose new methods to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Utilize a consultative, proactive approach to problem-solving and customer experience ownership.
