- Lead the implementation experience for our add-on customers.

- Answer their questions, and address and resolve any concerns promptly.
- Collect Deliverables: Consult with customers determine, guide and gather necessary documents.
Monitor Progress:
- Continuously track the progress of projects.
- Analyze and identify potential bottlenecks.
- Take immediate action to proactively resolve issues to keep projects on schedule.
