Responsibilities:
- Own execution of implementation projects for new and existing customers, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to full product implementation.
- Collaborate with customers to gather requirements and align on solution design, configuring the software based on client needs.
- Identify and resolve technical issues during implementation, working with Product and Engineering teams when necessary.
Project Management:
- Define and track project timelines to ensure on-time, in-scope, and under-budget implementations.
- Maintain clear project documentation and updates to keep all internal teams aligned on status and progress.
- Work closely with Customer Success, Product, and Sales teams for seamless communication during the implementation process.
Client Success & Process:
- Evaluate and refine the implementation process to improve efficiency and client outcomes, contributing to best practice development.
- Gather and analyze post-implementation client feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform product development.
- Assist in developing implementation resources like checklists and training materials to streamline future onboarding.
Client Relationship:
- Serve as the primary project escalation point, building trust with customer stakeholders through proactive risk identification.
- Conduct regular check-ins during implementation to gather feedback and address concerns for a smooth transition to using solutions.
