Enterprise Sales Director

Degreed is looking for a Director of Enterprise Sales to help us grow our footprint across North America. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role focused on new logo acquisition in the enterprise space. You’ll join a passionate, fast-moving team that’s redefining how organizations grow, upskill and stay ahead in a skills-first world. In this role, you’ll lead conversations with executive leaders at some of the world’s most influential companies, helping them understand how Degreed’s platform connects learning directly to performance, mobility and business growth. You will meet and exceed sales quotas, develop territory plans, generate leads and manage a sales pipeline.
