Job Description
The Applications & Workflow Consultant II will conduct current state workflow analyses and design future state workflows that optimize efficiency for healthcare providers. They will develop customized training plans and deliver training sessions to super users and end users. The Consultant will leverage expertise to determine application optimization needs and configure solutions through published APIs, as well as verify configurations and integrations. They will also act as support for pre-sales technical processes, identify product features, and guide Applications and Workflow Consultant I team members.
