About the Role:
- This role leads the Ignite program within Incubeta's Creative offering, helping small and medium businesses elevate their demand generation and creative strategy in video.
- The Creative Production Manager owns the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for every client, from onboarding to handover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients, setting expectations on process, timeline, and deliverables.
- Manage milestone calendar, maintain communication cadence, and coordinate with the Creative Delivery team.
- Own internal finance checkpoints, track spend against scope, and flag overrun risk.
Qualifications:
- 4–7 years in client management, project/program management, or account coordination within a digital marketing or agency environment.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and comfortable with proprietary platforms.
- Knowledge of budget tracking and YouTube creative best practices.
