Job Description
At Joko, we believe talent is our most precious asset and have an objective to hire 40+ talents in the coming months. As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will manage and own the hiring process from start to finish, reporting directly to the VP People.
Responsibilities include strategic recruitment & talent attraction by innovating and implementing recruitment strategies, utilizing diverse sourcing techniques, streamlining recruitment processes using Ashby (ATS). Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, align employer branding with our brand strategy, develop feedback loops to continually improve hiring processes, and train team members on hiring best practices.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in a fast-growing and/or tech environment. They should have built robust processes and possess a strong data-driven approach with expertise in interpreting and utilizing key hiring metrics. Fluency in English and French is required.
