Analyst, Clinical Operations Workforce Optimization

What you’ll do:

• Own forecasting of inbound volume to Clinical Operations, broken down by team and request category.
• Develop and manage dynamic staffing models to guide Clinical Operations headcount planning.
• Lead short-term scheduling efforts, including shift planning.

What success looks like:

• High forecast accuracy for inbound Clinical Operations volume
• Strong alignment and adherence to workforce management plans across the Clinical Operations team
• Improved SLA performance metrics

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a similar analytical field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operations strategy, analytics, or a related role
• Proven experience in developing and managing analytical models
