Job Description
AECOM is seeking a skilled Human Resources Business Partner with demonstrated experience as a Human Resource partner to the business, implementing HR programs and initiatives. This role works closely with business leaders to ensure HR programs and services are in place to support and drive business objectives. The role will also leverage services from the Centers of Excellence in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Global Mobility, Organization and Employee Development, Compensation and Benefits.
Candidates must possess effective interpersonal and project management skills; have previous experience in a mid-to-large multi-national organization; preferably in a technical/professional/engineering environment. The successful candidate should also have proven experience in remotely supporting client groups across the United States (US) and throughout countries within Latin America.
