Responsibilities:

  • Own outbound pipeline from zero, building through high-volume calling, targeted email, and disciplined prospecting.
  • Run the full sales cycle fast: qualify, demo, handle objections, and drive decisions with SMB owners.
  • Hit daily activity metrics based on dialer performance, connect rates, and pipeline velocity.

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years in outbound sales, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or payments, selling to SMB owners.
  • Proven quota attainment in outbound or self-sourced pipeline role.
  • CRM discipline and ability to ramp on new sales tools quickly.
