Senior Technical Recruiter, Engineering & Architecture

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with HR and business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Build proactive talent pipelines and use data-driven insights to improve sourcing effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Five or more years of recruiting experience in AEC, engineering consulting, or related technical industries.
• Fluency in French and English with strong communication skills.
• Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and talent-mapping techniques.
