What You'll Do:
- Manage a portfolio of multiple projects, overseeing deliverables and proactively identifying risks.
- Serve as the primary escalation point and ensure alignment across all teams, internal and external.
- Build and track project timelines to deliver on-time, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Ops.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years as a customer-facing implementation manager, project manager, or management consultant.
- Experience running complex projects with enterprise clients and strong interpersonal skills.
- You are a persuasive, results-driven influencer with exceptional communication and a bias towards action.
