Job Description
This leader will report directly to the CRO and collaborate closely with multiple departments to achieve impactful results. They should excel in fostering a positive, high-performance culture while demonstrating strong operational rigor. Candidates with a history of managing P&Ls in the hundreds of millions, leading teams of 100+ members, and achieving exceptional revenue growth and cultural health scores will thrive in this role.
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals. Bring a passion for running a strong operational rhythm of business, finding efficiency and opportunities to leverage scale as an accelerator to our business.
Lead and develop the sales team, setting performance expectations, coaching, mentoring, and motivating sales representatives to exceed sales quotas. Foster strong relationships with key clients, understanding customer needs and concerns, and sharing insights to partners in Product & Marketing. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and adapt sales and product strategies accordingly.
