Key Responsibilities:
- Drive franchisee engagement, operational consistency, and unit-level economic performance across the Drybar system.
- Coach franchise owners on revenue growth, profitability, staffing, membership performance, and guest experience.
- Analyze business performance metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities and operational risks.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead and develop a team of Directors, Senior Managers, and Managers supporting the Drybar franchise network.
- Establish accountability, coaching standards, and operational alignment across the team.
- Maintain a reduced portfolio of strategic multi-unit franchise owners, providing high-level business coaching.
Qualifications & Expectations:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Management, or related field preferred.
- 7+ years of franchise operations, multi-unit leadership, or field support experience.
- 3+ years of experience leading and developing operational support teams.
- Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 25–35%), including occasional evenings and weekends.
