The Role:
- We are seeking a Regional Manager to drive revenue and expand market share in the Northeast.
- This role requires a strategic, customer-centric approach to selling our AI reading tutor to districts.
- The ideal candidate has deep education market knowledge and a passion for improving student outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Grow assigned territory by selling into new districts with over 5,000 students.
- Build and maintain a network of sources to identify new sales leads.
- Use consultative sales techniques and maintain detailed CRM reports.
Qualifications:
- Experience selling complex solutions to large educational institutions.
- Strong understanding of K-12 market and literacy education.
- Proven track record in edtech sales with a hunter mentality and executive presence.
