Job Description
As the Head of Product Support - Asia, you will be responsible for Asiaβs regional support for Veeva applications in Commercial, Development, Quality and Data Clouds, aiding organizations in driving end-to-end business processes. You will build and scale the team across Asia and be responsible for managing leaders and support engineers in a remote environment. You will collaborate closely with peers in the US and Europe to ensure a cohesive customer experience. This role involves providing leadership, mentoring engineers and managers, acting as the escalation manager for customer support issues, and fostering strategic relationships with key customers. You will also collaborate with Veevaβs product and regional leaders to represent the voice of the customer, develop product knowledge, and lead process improvement initiatives to efficiently manage ticket support and drive continuous improvement.
