What You Will Actually Do:

Run full-cycle desks on live industrial accounts: electricians, controls techs, maintenance techs, PLC techs, anodizing specialists, and the plant managers and directors above them.
Make heavy daily call volume and cold outreach to passive candidates on Indeed, LinkedIn, and FactoryFix.
Own your desk from intake to offer: no handoffs partway through a search.

Who Does Well Here:

3 to 5 years of full-desk recruiting experience, ideally in industrial, manufacturing, maintenance, or skilled trades.
You are comfortable with the grind: dialing, cold outreach, and rejection are most of the job.
You ask good questions and pick up technical context quickly; you do not need to be an electrician, but you need to know why the difference between Allen-Bradley and Siemens matters.
