- Solana Foundation is seeking a DeFi Growth Lead, Americas to drive protocol partnerships and institutional growth.
- This role is primarily partnerships and growth-execution focused, with ownership from thesis to post-mortem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own protocol growth partnerships with core venues like Phoenix, Kamino, Jupiter, and Drift.
- Drive institutional DeFi adoption by bringing asset issuers, market makers, and allocators onto Solana.
- Design and run liquidity and incentive programs with app teams.
Ideal Candidate:
- Deep DeFi fluency and a track record of moving TVL, volume, and institutional adoption.
- Comfort owning protocol relationships and institutional credibility.
- An operator mindset with global coordination ability across Americas, EU, and APAC.
