Problem-solving
On-site Service Execution:
- Provide guidance and supervision on installation, commissioning, and training of equipment at customer sites.
- Fill in service reports and establish equipment files to manage customer satisfaction.
- Provide troubleshooting and maintenance at customer sites.
Spare Parts Sales and Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop spare parts requirements of existing customers and spare parts sales plans.
- Maintain customer relationships with sales personnel.
- Understand the operation and maintenance status of existing installation customers.
Sales Technical Support:
- Support technical proposal development of energy-saving retrofit projects.
- Cooperate with end users to create material lists and process flow diagrams.
- Support new project process flow diagrams and equipment skid diagrams.
