Role Responsibilities:

  • Act as the customer champion for professional services implementations, managing expectations and driving adoption according to the playbook.
  • Operate as the primary point of contact for a customer segment, efficiently managing escalations and encouraging client participation in testimonials.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and support the sales team with renewal planning and necessary coordination of contracts.

Role Requirements:

  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience working for a B2B SaaS vendor in roles such as Account Manager or Customer Success.
  • Demonstrate experience in the US Financial and Credit Union industry with the ability to manage multiple projects meticulously.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills, technical aptitude, professionalism, and strong interpersonal abilities to build authentic relationships.
  • Be proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office, holding a bachelor's degree or equivalent applicable experience.
