Role Overview:
- Act as a central point of coordination between physicians, clinics, and support programs to ensure timely patient access to therapy.
- Combine clinical understanding, case management expertise, and strong administrative execution in a regulated healthcare environment.
- Guide physicians through enrollment, reimbursement, and authorization processes while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Accountabilities:
- Take ownership of the reimbursement and authorization workflow, ensuring submissions are complete and compliant.
- Provide ongoing updates to physicians regarding patient status and program changes.
- Review patient information to meet program and quality requirements.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN), BSc in Pharmacy, or equivalent healthcare-related education.
- Experience in case management or patient support programs is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
