Payroll & Compensation:
- Run and manage payroll for salaried employees
- Calculate and process overtime payments accurately
- Ensure all payments are correct, on time, and documented
Onboarding & Employee Setup:
- Own onboarding for all new hires
- Send and track employment contracts
- Set up employees in Slack, email, and internal tools
People Operations & Admin:
- Track and manage PTO across the team
- Maintain organized employee records and documentation
- Handle access management (adding/removing tools, permissions)
