The role:
- Own hiring and people operations for The Bloom Africa and Bloom Talent.
- Ensure every hire or placement is ready, reliable, and supported.
What you'll do:
- Manage job posts, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Support placements via check-ins and systems.
What you bring:
- 3-5 years in HR, recruitment, or talent ops.
- Experience with high-volume screening, AI tools, and Nigerian practices.
