Role:
- Own people ops and recruiting for our distributed, multi-state team.
- Support employees and candidates with a human, AI-enhanced approach.
Responsibilities:
- Process HRIS changes, own onboarding/offboarding, and maintain compliance.
- Run full-cycle recruiting, source technical talent, and manage the ATS.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in HR/people ops with at least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting.
- Experience with HRIS, ATS, remote multi-state compliance, and technical hiring.
