You will be Pulse's first dedicated Talent Acquisition & Operations Specialist.
About 70% of your time goes to full-cycle hiring across APAC and the Middle East; the other 30% to people operations.
This is a builder role where you'll set up how we hire and onboard.

What you'll do:

Own full-cycle recruitment, from intake with hiring managers to offers and onboarding handover.
Run people operations including onboarding, HRIS maintenance, payroll coordination, and employee support.
Build hiring processes from scratch and manage talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.

What you bring:

3–5 years of hands-on, full-cycle talent acquisition experience, ideally in startups.
Experience hiring for fintech and marketing roles across APAC and the Middle East.
Strong sourcing, organization, and stakeholder management skills, with working knowledge of ATS, HRIS, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
