Talent Acquisition & Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across APAC and the Middle East for technology, finance, risk, marketing, and partnerships roles.
• Build and scale recruitment processes, including job descriptions, interview frameworks, and ATS workflows from the ground up.
• Coordinate HR operations, payroll, onboarding, and employee support across multiple countries.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of hands-on talent acquisition experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Demonstrated fintech recruitment experience and familiarity with digital growth roles.
• Strong sourcing skills and experience hiring across APAC and the Middle East.
