Role Overview:

• This is a remote role supporting a fast-paced, global talent acquisition operation.
• You will develop hands-on recruitment expertise while contributing to candidate sourcing, screening, engagement, and interview coordination.

What You'll Do:

• Identify and engage potential candidates through LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
• Keep recruitment trackers and records accurate and up to date.
• Commit consistent daily hours to support a high-output recruitment operation.

Requirements:

• Proven professional experience in talent acquisition or recruitment is mandatory.
• Strong interest in the crypto and Web3 industry.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a global team.
