What you’ll do:
- Own customer contracting across the full lifecycle, from first redline through signature, amendments, assignments, and renewals.
- Negotiate complex commercial terms and structures, and drive payer and vendor agreements to close quickly.
- Use AI and other technology to build and maintain the contracting engine, automating repeatable tasks.
Who you are:
- Bar-admitted with several years of commercial contracting or transactional counseling experience.
- Comfortable with high-volume work, ambiguity, and shifting priorities, with strong business acumen.
