Operational Analyst – Co-op Student

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze operational and financial data to identify cost drivers, trends, and opportunities for efficiencies.
• Perform comparative and trend analysis to uncover performance gaps and anomalies.
• Develop productivity benchmarks and performance models to support continuous improvement.

Performance & Financial Insights:

• Support analysis of revenue, costs, and overall performance across sites or service lines.
• Connect operational activity to financial outcomes, translating data into meaningful business insights.
• Translate productivity improvements into cost savings and margin enhancement.

Reporting & Data Management:

• Build and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and trackers for consistent visibility.
• Standardize key metrics and reporting approaches across datasets.
• Leverage advanced Excel and analytics tools to model performance.

Continuous Improvement & Business Support:

• Translate analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for operational efficiency.
• Support process improvements and pilot initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate insights and support implementation.
