The Talent Acquisition Partner is a key ambassador of Wrapbook’s brand and culture, playing a critical role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, you’ll manage full-cycle recruiting for a range of roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs and deliver exceptional candidates. You’ll help strengthen our recruiting foundation by contributing to scalable processes and leveraging creative sourcing strategies. The role involves managing full-cycle recruiting, sourcing candidates, collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team, and providing guidance on interviewing. Other responsibilities include tracking recruiting metrics and contributing to employer branding initiatives.
