About the Role:
- This position involves both reactive support and proactive support-led growth.
- The role includes answering inbound questions, troubleshooting technical issues, and hosting customer meetings.
- Work from targeted lead lists to reach customers with relevant next steps and promote tools.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of customer service experience in SaaS.
- Proven track record of executing sales, upselling, or account expansion.
- Extreme resourcefulness and comfort with technical issues and independent research.
Compensation and Hours:
- Compensation is $22,000 per year.
- Working hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
- Role type is Independent Contractor with own device.
