About the Role:
- As a Client Success Manager, you will manage and grow agency relationships across an assigned book of business.
- You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients activate, manage, and measure audience-based campaigns.
- You will work cross-functionally to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive retention.
Qualifications:
- You have 4–7+ years of client success or account management experience in advertising or media.
- You bring strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- You are client-focused, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
