Customer Success Manager, Agency

About the Role:

• We are looking for a Customer Success Manager with a strong agency background to help our agency partners adopt and get maximum value from our AI Search visibility platform.
• You will serve as the connective tissue between our technology and our users, ensuring clients become champions of our product.

What You’ll Do:

• Act as the main point of contact for agency partners to deliver an exceptional customer experience and foster long-term strategic partnerships.
• Translate platform data into strategic recommendations tailored to each client’s business goals and industry dynamics.
• Guide clients through education and adoption journeys to ensure high engagement, retention, and satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years in customer success or account management with agency experience.
• A real understanding of how agencies think and operate, including client servicing models and retainer dynamics.
• Strong communication skills and a builder mentality to spot gaps and create scalable solutions.
