- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs
- Lead end-to-end hiring for across levels within multiple business units
- Drive sourcing strategies using job portals, social platforms, and market mapping
Employee Experience & Process Excellence:
- Ensure smooth onboarding and early employee experience
- Manage Exits, Immediate terminations Asset Management process in remote environment
- Drive process improvements across hiring, onboarding, and exit workflows
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in any ITeS, GCC setups
- Comfortable switching between strategic conversations and hands-on execution
- Confident advisor with strong communication and influencing skills
