Job Description

In this role, you will set up client accounts/workspaces, templates, and automations per playbook, host live Zooms to demo workflows, troubleshoot, and ensure activation. You will also implement/update simple automations (email sequences, tags, lists, triggers), document SOPs, and maintain clean records across systems. Collaboration with the Senior Manager of Coaching is crucial, keeping them informed with crisp notes, next steps, and risks. You will also capture client feedback and propose improvements to flows and FAQs. KPIs for this role include onboarding completion rate & time-to-activation, CSAT/NPS, issue resolution time, and SOP accuracy.
