The Role:
- Contribute to customer base through training.
- Work with clients after Go Live to ensure optimal product use.
- Create client relationships to sell value-add features.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead question/answer webinars with clinical management and staff.
- Work with support team to give specific workflows for clients.
- Lead clients through data transfer expectations.
Minimum Requirements:
- Have experience in outpatient physical therapy clinics.
- Understanding and learning software must be a passion.
- Possess strong written and verbal skills.
