Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting related to feedback mechanisms.

- Support the restructuring of the Employee Resource Hub.
Data Collection and Analysis:
- Gather and interpret data to inform L&D initiatives and decisions.
- Support the development and engagement of the employee community.
Training Preparation and Facilitation:
- Assist with the preparation and delivery of L&D training programs.
- Basic facilitation skills.
