What You Will Do:
- Support the talent acquisition team with sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
- Assist with the development and execution of employee development programs and training initiatives
- Help track and analyze workforce metrics
What You Will Learn:
- How talent acquisition strategies are built and executed in a competitive market
- The mechanics of workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development
- How to use data and analytics to drive talent decisions and measure program effectiveness
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work with data and draw insights from workforce analytics
