Human Resources Internship Summer 2026

About The Role:

• Looking for an energetic, organized, and self-motivated Human Resources Intern to join our growing HR team.
• This role is ideal for a student interested in building a career in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations.
• The HR Intern will gain hands-on experience supporting the team in areas such as recruiting, candidate experience, onboarding, HR systems, employee engagement, and HR analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Support Talent Acquisition efforts, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and maintaining recruiting pipelines
• Assist with candidate sourcing and job posting management across recruiting platforms
• Help support new hire onboarding processes and documentation

Qualifications:

• Rising Junior or Senior preferred and pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
• Strong interest in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition as a career path
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
