Role Overview:
- Manage a team of fraud analysts focused on detecting emerging threats and protecting e-commerce performance.
- Balance fraud prevention, revenue protection, and customer experience to enable smarter risk decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, coach, and performance-manage analysts; serve as escalation point for complex investigations.
- Establish investigative standards, playbooks, and incident response workflows.
- Collaborate with data science, product, and engineering to turn fraud insights into scalable risk strategies.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of people management and 5 years in e-commerce, payments, or fraud prevention.
- Strong analytical judgment and ability to communicate complex risk decisions to varied audiences.
- Proven ability to develop operational standards and work cross-functionally.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary range $100,000–$140,000 depending on location, plus equity and up to 10% bonus.
