Role Mission:

  • Build the PMM function from scratch, creating connective tissue between product, sales, customer success, and marketing.
  • Develop messaging, tools, and launch infrastructure that help new customers choose Campminder and give existing ones confidence.
  • Bring AI-powered capabilities to market in a clear, accessible, outcome-focused manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with marketing to sharpen market messaging and build segment-specific narratives.
  • Own go-to-market narrative for product launches, partnering with customer success and product.
  • Manage customer communication around upcoming features, including beta program coordination.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience developing segment-specific messaging for a vertical or relationship-driven market.
  • Track record of bringing technical or AI-powered products to market for non-technical buyers.
  • Comfort building in ambiguity and creating structure without waiting for permission.
