What the role entails:

  • Provide HR support by answering team members’ questions and responding to requests regarding employment, contracts, onboarding, benefits, and general inquiries.
  • Maintain HRIS with high accuracy and timeliness, process new hires, and conduct regular audits of employment files for GDPR compliance.
  • Own global projects and partner with managers and employees to drive people strategy and HR processes.

What we are looking for in you:

  • Track record of exceptional achievement from high school and graduate studies, with internship experience in HR/People teams preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to prioritize complex workloads, and a self-motivated, results-oriented approach with focus on accuracy.
  • High level of honesty, integrity, and ability to handle confidential data; flexible and adaptable to change; willingness to travel up to 4 times a year.
