Operations and HRIS Associate

The Role:

• As an Operations and HRIS Associate, you own the data and systems work that keeps client benefits accurate and compliant.
• You execute HRIS/payroll integrations and run the operational backbone of the ACA Autopilot program.

What You'll Do:

• Execute manual HRIS/payroll integrations, validate employee data, and coordinate with clients to resolve issues.
• Support the ACA Autopilot program by uploading reports and normalizing payroll files.
• Own recurring monthly data operations, audit enrollment data, and document workflows.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in operations, benefits administration, payroll, or HRIS support.
• Experience with payroll/HRIS platforms and comfort with spreadsheets and structured data.
• Based in Mexico, Philippines, Costa Rica, or Belize.
