Job Description
Trellis is seeking a detail-oriented and communicative Talent Coordinator to support their recruiting process. Responsibilities include partnering with recruiters to schedule interviews and coordinate logistics, sourcing talent for agency roles, and maintaining the ATS (Greenhouse). The role also involves optimizing recruiting workflows, building relationships with candidates, and representing the Trellis brand.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination and sourcing, excellent organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with ATS and recruiting tools. This is a remote position based in the U.S. or Canada, reporting to the Head of People.
