Your Responsibilities:
- Provide timely, empathetic, and personalized support to platform users.
- Handle requests related to accounts, subscriptions, refunds, and technical issues via Intercom.
- Convert user feedback into actionable insights for product improvement.
Your Skills:
- Proven experience in customer support and familiarity with tools like Intercom or Zendesk.
- Native Ukrainian and English proficiency at C1+ level.
- Empathy, initiative, and a passion for solving non-standard challenges.
