You'll own the entire recruiting function at Branch, from intake to close, and build the AI layer that makes it scalable.
You'll work directly with executives across Claims, Underwriting, Product, Engineering, and more.
You'll carry your own searches and continuously improve the tooling and process.

Key Responsibilities:

Run structured intakes, create target profiles, and design interview rubrics before roles go live.
Source directly, manage the Ashby instance, and own recruiting reporting.
Build Claude agents and workflows to automate repeatable parts of the search.
