About the Role:
- Lead a team of 15 Home Concierge Specialists in a high-volume outbound contact center.
- Coach team members to improve sales conversion and call quality.
- Ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly by handling attendance, escalations, and schedule changes.
What You Will Do:
- Hold weekly coaching sessions with each specialist focused on development and improvement.
- Use call observations and performance data to understand results and guide coaching.
- Set clear expectations, give direct feedback, and lead performance improvement plans when needed.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary of $60,000 with OTE up to $90,000.
