You will help ensure that priority hires are made efficiently.
You will play a key role in helping the team stay organized and responsive.
This includes building and managing pipelines, keeping candidates engaged, and maintaining momentum across interview processes.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Drive searches to close, managing candidate engagement, offer strategy, and negotiations in competitive situations.
Maintain clear visibility into pipeline health and progress, proactively identifying risks and unblocking searches.
Partner with the Recruiting Coordinator to ensure efficient process execution and a smooth candidate experience.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Proven success in closing candidates in competitive markets, including managing multiple stakeholders and navigating offer negotiations.
Strong sourcing capabilities and ability to build high-quality pipelines across multiple functions.
