Job Responsibilities:
- Lead sales strategy and performance for the Allied and Dental division, blending leadership with hands-on account management.
- Drive new business through lead identification, prospect qualification, and relationship building, and grow existing accounts.
- Monitor team KPIs, develop pricing, negotiate contracts, and achieve personal and team sales quotas.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of sales experience in healthcare recruitment and 3+ years of sales management experience.
- Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred; experience managing a healthcare sales team is a plus.
- Proven ability to sell to healthcare employers and mentor sales staff, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
