Your Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and scale acquisition revenue
- Build a repeatable, scalable acquisition engine
- Translate top-down growth goals into actionable team plans
Manage, coach, and develop high-performing team:
- Lead a team of BDMs and SDRs
- Coach individuals on prospecting, discovery and deal strategy
- Recruit, onboard, and ramp talent as the team grows
Drive go-to-market innovation with cross-functional partners:
- Partner with CRO, CMO, and CPO to sharpen positioning
- Help rethink pricing and packaging to broaden adoption
- Develop strategies to expand distribution via partnerships
